About Anne Anderson: Anne Anderson was a prolific art nouveau illustrator of children's books. She was influenced by her contemporaries, Jessie M. King and Charles Robinson. She was the primary breadwinner in her family and illustrated more than 100 books, some with her husband, Alan Wright, whose style is somewhat similar.
Illustrations here come from Old, Old, Fairy Tales (two editions), Grimms Fairy Tales, Hans Christian Andersen Fairy Tales, Mother Goose, Heidi, The Wonder Book, and others.
About Art Passions: Art Passions began a tribute to artists whose work I grew up, and whose work has meaning for me personally. You can find the complete list of artists on artpassions.net, or on the sitemap.
